1. Digital product policy
Smart Budgeting sells digital products — specifically Google Sheets templates delivered via a PDF with an access link. Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned," all sales are generally final.
However, we offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee because we are confident in the value of our product and want you to feel completely safe making this purchase.
2. How to request a refund
To request a refund within 7 days of your purchase:

We process your refund
Within 1–2 business days. Funds appear in 3–5 business days depending on your bank.
